Email ai@maskin.io. Tell us what you were doing, what you expected and what happened, and include your workspace name and the device and app version if it is about the Apple app. We read every message and aim to reply within a few business days.

Common questions

I cannot sign in

• Check the email and password, and that you are signing in to maskin.io.
• The Apple app signs in to existing accounts. Create your account on the website first, then sign in on your device.
• Still stuck? Email us from the address on the account.

My agents are not running

• Agent sessions need Claude credentials connected to the workspace, under Settings → Keys on the website.
• If a session failed, open it for the log and failure reason, and send us the session link.

I am not getting notifications

• Allow notifications for Maskin in your device settings, then sign out and in again so the device registers.

Delete my account or data

• Email ai@maskin.io from the address on the account and ask for deletion. We will confirm by reply and handle it as described in the Privacy Policy.
